hmmm that would be good 
but im not sure they would make it, as if they were to make a creative world, we would have to have fly to make stuff like pixel art and unlimited items or give us access to the command to create items and i dont think they would do that XD but if they do i would certantly go on there and make pixelart and really well designed buildings so hopefully they do

Just ONE world, not all. That way, we can fly and spawn unlimited items in that world but not in other worlds.

PvP isn't possible in Creative. You can't experience the thrill of fighting in Creative. You can't fight the Ender Dragon in Creative. You can't enjoy the Nether in Creative.
People will still play in other worlds.
